What is Coaching?

While the term is used in many different contexts, at The Field we deliver professional coaching with the aim to deepen personal awareness, drive success and increase well-being. A coach’s ability to listen deeply and reflect back what they experience can lead to subtle, yet significant, shifts in a client’s thinking. With increased awareness comes greater choice.

How do I want to be? What matters most? What impact do I have on others? How do I regulate?

When we know better, we can do better. Through reflection and curiosity clients connect to their own wisdom to explore what’s possible. The coach’s job is the client’s success.
